Principle:

This kit is used to qualitatively detect respiratory syncytial virus nucleic acid RNA in human throat swab samples in-vitro.Viral RNA was extracted from samples by modified guanidine lysis method, and RSV in human throat swab samples was qualitatively detected by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR.
