Test principle
The kit utilizes a real-time fluorescent PCR detection technology to design a pair of specific primers and a specific fluorescent probe aiming at avian influenza virus universal (AIV) so as to realize qualitative detection of the avian influenza virus universal in samples such as avian pharynx, cloaca swab liquid, tissue, virus culture liquid or environmental swab.
